In this Blog we will discuss and design A/C system that perform to
cool the water and also be able to heat the water as we required. This project
is designed with modern technology, system and suitability for human comfort.
Objective
Objectives of this post are mentioned as following
- To be able to cold the water as per human comfort in summer
- To be able to heat the water in winter as per requirement
- Operation of compressor should be in remote or in auto mode
Basic components of system
There are following basic components of our project in order to
achieve our goal,
- Compressor
- Heat exchanger
- Refrigerant media
- Thermostat
- Blower/fan
- Pump
- Valves
Problems identification
Operation of compressor

designed to heat and cold the water as per requirement of client
Required temperature not
achieved.
Solution
We have added some additional technique to promote our value and
to meet the customer need.
- Thermostat is provided to provide compressor operation in auto.
- 3 nos. of blowers or fans are used to meet the customer need for achieving required temperature.
- 3 way vales are also utilized to meet the requirement of securing water cold or hot as per customer need.
We have provided plate
type of heat exchanger instead of shell tube type of heat exchanger for better
effectiveness of system.
Layout of system
As mentioned above 3 fans are used to circulate the air , 3 way
valve is used to transport in three direction, Thermostat is provided to turn
on and off in auto mode for operation of compressor ,heat exchanger is provided
to transfer the heat and pump is provided to circulate the water.
